Mr. Hossam Rahma is a legal counsel and member of the Sudanese Bar Association, licensed to practice law in Sudan. He graduated with honors from the University of Nilein in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Law. Mr. Hossam possesses extensive knowledge of Arab legal systems, including Qatari, Saudi, and Sudanese laws.
Throughout his legal career, he has gained valuable experience practicing law in Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, handling a range of cases related to rental disputes, administrative matters, financial claims in the commercial sector, and family law cases. Notably, Mr. Hossam pioneered a legal initiative to amend Sudan’s Rent Law of 1991, contributing to the development of a revised draft, which he submitted to the Ministry of Justice. He has also actively participated in workshops and seminars on the Sudanese Rent Law and has been featured in various local and regional newspapers and radio stations discussing the topic.
